After ordering you will receive an invoice. Full payment is due no later than six weeks before the performance date. Seats are not guaranteed until either full payment or a copy of your NYC Board of Ed purchase order is received. Your reservation may be cancelled without notice if full payment is not received by the due date.

Payment should be made by cash, credit card (Master Card, Visa, Amex, Discover) Board of Education Purchase Order, teacher or school check. No parents’ checks will be accepted.
When ordering for classes other than your own, indicate separately the classes, number of students in each class, and the name and contact information of each teacher.

All tickets purchased in advance will be $7. One complimentary chaperone ticket is provided for each 15 tickets purchased. Additional tickets purchased on the day of performance are $8 each.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. There is no reserved seating.

Special seating can be requested for physically challenged students with written notice from the school principal. Schools who have made such arrangements must arrive 30 minutes prior to performance time to guarantee special seating.

On the day of your performance, please leave plenty of time for travel delays and bus drop-off, so that your class is entering the theater at least 15 minutes prior to the curtain time for the event.

If a performance is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, teachers will be notified via the contact information provided on your order and then invited to switch into another performance (subject to availability).

Doors open one half hour before performance. If you arrive early, Brooklyn Center can not be responsible for providing your class with a warm dry place to wait.

Due to increased security concerns, Brooklyn College requests that all packages, lunch bags, backpacks, and other personal items not be brought into the building. Please leave them and any other personal items on the bus, with the exception of items needed to ensure the health of your students.

We recommend that you get your driver’s cell phone number to help locate him after the show.
We welcome compositions, drawings, or any other feedback from your students that you would like to send us.
We’re sorry, but there can be no exceptions and no refunds or exchanges. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
